Dry Needling

PBISM is now offering Dry Needling services in conjunction with your Physical Therapy regimen or as a separate service! Dry Needling is a form of therapy that uses very fine needles to ease muscular pain. The needles are targeted at trigger points which provide relief for muscle stiffness and may increase flexibility and range of motion. The needle helps release the knot and relieve muscle spasms and pain. As dry needling decreases muscle tension, it provides immediate relief and increased range of motion. Many people do not even feel the needle being inserted or gently taken out.
